There is also a separate room for, for example, WC or kitchenette, storage, etc. A cottage of about 20 sqm building area and loft of almost 15 sqm gives a total living space of 35 sqm and space for the small family. But even this model can be customised to your wishes and needs.
The material kit contains ceiling joists in 60x200 mm + ceiling boards finely planed in 19 mm and floor joists 60x140 mm and floor and ceiling boards in 28 mm, knotted timber frame in 44 x 130 mm or 60 x 130 mm.

double/entrance door full glass, side-hung doors, 2 glass/ISO with side windows that provide large and lovely light, approx. 2.3 m wide x 2 m high, 1x interior door 0.9 x 2 m, 1x window 0.74 x 0.98 m, 1x window 0.58 x 0.58 m and 1x triangular window approx. 1.2 x 1.1 m, loft ladder and fence (inside)
